Lorette Colé takes a new stance on the use of stiff materials in clothing. Instead of hiding the pieces that support, protect or enhance the body, she uses them as eye-catching fashion statements. These ‘jewels for garments’ celebrate women’s many different desires in how they want to dress.

HOW
Transparent acrylic sticks act like a magnifying glass on the skin and fabric. Chrome-plated metal pieces play with tactility and light reflection. Sometimes accessorising, connecting, compressing, closing, the items are as versatile as women are — constantly in harmony or discord.
