Forever Maybe Whatever

With ‘Forever Maybe Whatever’, Mikhail Gurovich has re-imagined his memories of four years as a student at Design Academy Eindhoven as an immersive VR experience. Reduced to abstract form, the LaFolie bar and the time he spent there with his friends forms the main setting. Gurovich wrote the plots, made the drawings and composed the score. The player is not a character with an active role, but rather a spectator who witnesses different stories, all based on true events. With the Occulus Rift and specially developed full-body game controller ENTER (a project with Vincent van Dijck) you truly immerse yourself in another man’s memories.
