CONTAINERS TO CARE FOR DIFFICULT PLANTS

Many exotic plants fail to pass growers’ and florists’ selections because they require too much attention. The pots in the In Need of Water range will make caring for three such ‘difficult’ plants easier. For the staghorn fern, whose leaves cannot be touched, there is a pot with a spout to pour in the water. The sundew needs a continuous supply of water to produce the sticky little droplets with which this plant catches insects; the pot for this carnivorous plant can take up to a litre of water. After about a week, a little mound will appear to signal that a new supply of water is due. And finally, the ant plant is a tropical climber. The pot offers climbing opportunities as well as a water basin to immerse the plant in once every week.
